Abstract

composição para aumentar a permeabilidade de paredes celulares, membranas celulares e membranas nucleares e método para detectar um alvo em uma célula. a presente invenção provê um método para permitir que partículas externas penetrem, mais eficientemente, à parede celular, membrana celular, membrana de organelas e/ou membrana nuclear de uma célula e que hibridize ou se ligue a um alvo complementar na célula. as células podem ser de uma cultura ou a partir de uma espécie obtida a partir de um paciente. a partícula externa pode ser uma sonda consistindo de, por exemplo, tanto individualmente quanto em qualquer combinação de dois ou mais de: dna, rna, ácidos nucléicos de peptídeos (pna), glicopeptídeos, lipopeptídeos, glicolipidios e prions. o alvo é uma célula, um componente celular ou, preferivelmente, um patógeno ou componente de patógeno. o patógeno pode ser, por exemplo, bactéria, fungo, levedura ou vírus.
