Abstract

MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UM GEL AQUOSO ESTáVEL à BASE DE METRONIDAZOL, COMPOSIçãO E USO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO. A presente invenção se refere a um método para preparar um gel aquoso à base de metronidazol, que compreende as etapas sucessivas que consistem em: (A) formar um meio solvente M que compreende água e propileno glicol; (B) dissolver. o metronidazol nesse meio solvente M e eventualmente em diluir o meio obtido por adição de água, e com isso uma solução S de metronidazol é obtida, e a seguir (C) misturar a solução S obtida com um polímero gelificante, em uma quantidade suficiente para assegurar a gelificação da composição. A presente invenção trata também de géis aquosos de grande estabilidade que podem ser obtidos por este método, e o uso destes géis como composições dermatológicas.
