Abstract

patente de invenção: método para reticulação de polímeros solúveis em água para uso em aplicações de poços. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de formar um fluido de tratamento de poço e oleoduto. o método compreende combinar um polímero de gelificação reticulável, um composto de depuração capaz de reduzir uma concentração de íons de metal divalentes e polivalentes e sais dos mesmos disponíveis para reação, um solvente de hidratação e opcionalmente um ácido. a mistura resultante tem um ph variando de cerca de 3 a cerca de 7 e uma primeira viscosidade. a mistura é mantida em condições apropriadas para hidratação de polímero de gelificação reticulável até a mistura ter uma segunda viscosidade que é maior do que a primeira viscosidade. a mistura é combinada com um fluido de base aquosa e pelo menos um agente de reticulação. o ph da mistura é elevado para um nível suficiente para permitir um grau desejado de reticulação ocorrer. outros métodos, um gel de tratamento de poço e oleoduto e um fluido de tratamento de poço e oleoduto são também providos.
