Abstract

COMPOSIçãO DE GEL ADITIVO; GEL ADITIVO; PROCESSOS PARA FORNECER UM OU MAIS ADITIVOS A UM FLUIDO FUNCIONAL EM UM DISPOSITIVO DE CONDICIONAMENTO DE FLUIDO; DISPOSITIVO DE CONDICIONAMENTO DE FLUIDO E USO DE UM GEL ADITIVO. Trata-se do princípio de que géis aditivos podem fornecer aditivos a um fluido funcional com o tempo. De acordo com a presente invenção, descobriu-se que um gel aditivo compreendendo i.) pelo menos dois aditivos selecionados para o grupo que compreende detergentes, dispersantes, ácidos, bases, detergentes com excesso de base, poliolefinas succinatadas ou misturas dos mesmos em que os aditivos selecionados, quando combinados, formam um gel e ii. Opcionalmente pelo menos um aditivo compreendendo modificador(es) de viscosidade, modificador(es) de atrito, detergente(s), redutor(es) do ponto de névoa, redutor(es) do ponto de derramamento, demulsificantes, melhorador(es) de fluxo, agente(s) anti-estáticos, dispersante(s), anti-oxidante(s), anti-espumante(s), inibidor(es) de corrosão! ferrugem, agente(s) de pressão extrema/anti-desgaste, agente(s) de expansão de vedação, auxiliar (es) de lubricidade, agente(s) anti-formação de névoa e misturas dos mesmos, resultando em um gel de liberação controlada que libera, com o tempo, pelo menos um aditivo desejado em um fluido funcional quando o gel entra em contato com o fluido funcional.
