Abstract

TODO PARA CORTE DE AçO C-Mn COM UM FILAMENTO DE LASER. A invenção refere-se a um método de corte a laser para cortar uma peça de aço C-Mn, caracterizado pelo fato do meio de geração do feixe de laser compreender pelo menos uma fibra de sílica com um núcleo dopado com itérbio utilizada para gerar o feixe de laser. Preferivelmente, a fibra à base de itérbio possui um comprimento de onda entre 1,07 e 1,1 pm, preferivelmente 1,07 pm, o fator de qualidade do feixe de laser está entre 0,33 e 8 mm.mrad, e o feixe de laser possui uma potência entre 0,1 e 25 kW.O gás auxiliar para o feixe de laser é escolhido dentre nitrogênio, hélio, argónio, oxigênio, CO2 e suas misturas e, opcionalmente, o mesmo contém um ou mais compostos adicionais escolhidos dentre H2 e CH4.
