Abstract

ARTIGO COM SUPERFìCIE REVESTIDA, MéTODO DE PRODUçãO PARA O MESMO, FERRAMENTA DE MáQUINA E APARELHO DE FERRAMENTA DE MáQUINA. A presente invenção provê um artigo com superfície revestida possuindo um revestimento de alta dureza que tem uma dureza Vickers que é igual a ou maior do que essa dos revestimentos convencionais de alta dureza, e que tem uma temperatura de iniciação de oxidação, que é uma expressão da resistência à oxidação, que é maior do que essa dos revestimentos de alta dureza convencionais. Uma camada de revestimento contendo um nitreto composto que utiliza como componentes principais AL e pelo menos um elemento selecionado do grupo consistindo em Zr, Hf, Pd, Ir e os elementos de terras raras é formada sobre ou além de um material de base.
