Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA O PREPARO DE TONER". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de partículas de toner inclui: mistura de uma emulsão de látex, uma emulsão de colorante, uma emulsão de cera opcional e aditivos opcionais em um primeiro reator para formar uma pasta fluida; descarga da pasta fluida do primeiro reator para um segundo reator através de um homogeneizador; aquecimento da pasta fluida no segundo reator para formar partículas agregadas na referida pasta fluida; descarga das partículas agregadas e da pasta fluida do segundo reator para um terceiro reator; aquecimento das partículas agregadas e da pasta fluida no terceiro reator para coalescer as partículas agregadas em partículas de toner; descarga das partículas de toner e da pasta fluida do terceiro reator para um quarto reator; resfriamento das partículas de toner; opcionalmente classificação das referidas partículas de toner para remover partículas grossas; e opcionalmente lavagem e secagem das referidas partículas de toner, em que o primeiro reator, segundo reator, terceiro reator e quarto reator são pelo menos dois reatores diferentes.
