Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE ENZIMAS CELULOLìTICAS E HEMICELULOLìTICAS, UTILIZANDO OS RESìDUOS DE DESTILAçãO DE FERMENTAçãO ETANóLICA DE HIDROLISADOS ENZIMáTICOS DE MATERIAIS (LIGNO)-CELULóSICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a processo de produção de enzimas celulolíticas e/ou hemicelulolíticas que utiliza o resíduo da fermentação etanólica de hidrolisados enzimáticos de materiais celulósicos ou lignocelulósicos que compreende as seguintes etapas: 1) o pré-tratamento químico e/ou físico de um substrato celulósico ou ligno-celulósico; 2) a hidrólise enzimática do substrato pré-tratado utilizando enzimas celuiolíticas e/ou hemiceluiolíticas; 3) a fermentação etanólica por um microorganismo alcoolígeno apropriado do hidrolizado proveniente da etapa (2) e obtenção de um mosto de fermentação; e 4) a separação do microorganismo alcoolígeno utilizado na etapa (3), a separação/purificação do etanol e a obtenção de uma fase aquosa que constitui um resíduo; e no qual esse resíduo serve para produzir as enzimas celulolíticas e/ou hemiceluiolíticas utilizadas na etapa (2).
