Abstract

　本発明に係るエタノールの製造方法は、（Ａ）バクテリアを増殖させることによりセルロース群を含む樹液又はその素材部分を分解させる工程と、（Ｂ）前記増殖したバクテリアを栄養素として酵母又は酵素の発酵作用によりエタノール化を促進する工程と、を含むことを特徴とし、原料としては、天然ゴムの樹液であるのが好ましく、酵母又は酵素は、麹菌であってもよい。
