Abstract

"TONERS DE FUSãO ULTRABAIXA E FUSãO SUPERBAIXA CONTENDO POLIéSTER SULFONADO CRISTALINO". A presente invenção refere-se a um toner que é descrito e inclui um aglutinante de toner de poliéster sulfonado cristalino, em que o poliéster sulfonado cristalino é 90% em peso ou mais do aglutinante de toner e um colorante. Em outras modalidades, o toner inclui um poliéster sulfonado cristalino e um poliéster sulfonado amorfo linear e um colorante. Nessas modalidades, o poliéster sulfonado cristalino é de cerca de 20% a cerca de 60% em peso do aglutinante de toner e o poliéster sulfonado amorfo linear é de cerca de 40% a cerca de 80% em peso do aglutinante de toner. O toner possui excelentes temperaturas de fixação mínimas na faixa de cerca de 80<198>C a cerca de 130<198>C. Processos para a preparação dos toners também são descritos.
