Abstract

"PARTìCULAS DE TONER E MéTODOS PARA PREPARá-LAS". A presente invenção refere-se a partículas de toner que compreendem resina, cera e opcionalmente colorantes, e a cera é substancialmente excluída do núcleo interior das partículas de toner. Processo para preparação de tais partículas de toner compreendem prover uma dispersão aquosa de partículas de resina e opcionalmente colorantes, misturar a dispersão aquosa na presença de um coagulante, agregar para formar partículas, realizar o coalescimento para formar partículas fundidas e remover as partículas fundidas da dispersão aquosa. Dispersões de cera podem ser adicionadas após a mistura ou durante a agregação, de modo que a cera seja excluída do núcleo das partículas de toner.
