Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇçO DE TIRAS A QUENTE DE AÇO DE METAL LEVE. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de tiras a quente de um aço de metal leve que pode ser remodelado, em particular, capaz de bom estiramento a frio, constituído dos elementos principais Fe, Mn, Si e AI, que apresenta uma alta resistência à tração, e propriedades de TRIP e/ou de TWIP, sendo que uma fusão em um equipamento para a fundição horizontal de tiras próximo à dimensão final é fundida para formar uma tira prévia na faixa entre 6 e 20 mm sob gás de proteção, e após a solidificação completa e antes do inicio de um processo de calandragem a quente a tira prévia é ajustada de acordo com a temperatura, que é caracterizada pelo fato de que, a tira prévia atravessa um equipamento que está sob gás de proteção para a homogeneização em ligação com uma manutenção opcional da temperatura, do resfriamento ou do aquecimento, e depois é submetida a um processo de calandragem a quente que apresenta, pelo menos, um ponto de prova com um grau de remodelação total de, pelo menos, 50%, e após um resfriamento é enrolada como tira quente, sendo que em função da relação de velocidade de fundição para velocidade de calandragem o processo de calandragem a quente ocorre em linha ou desacopiado.
