Abstract

MÉTODO PARA AJUSTE DE FOLGA PARA UM SISTEMA DE SOLDAGEM ULTRA-SâNICA. São providos um sistema e um método para ajustar uma folga entre uma trombeta (700) e uma bigorna (704) em um sistema de soldagem ultra-sônica que inclui o ato de posicionar uma trombeta próxima a uma bigorna para que seja estabelecida uma folga entre a trombeta e a bigorna. Uma força é aplicada na trombeta de maneira a impelir a trombeta em direção à bigorna. Um batente deformável (718) fica posicionado em um local de maneira tal que a aplicação da força de impulsão faça com que um elemento (716) conectado operacionalmente na trombeta apóie-se no batente deformável e deforme o batente. A força de impulsão é ajustada interativamente durante a operação da trombeta de maneira a ajustar a extensão da deformação do batente deformável e manter a folga entre a trombeta e a bigorna substancialmente constante.
