Abstract
MéTODO E SISTEMA COMPREENDENDO UM APARELHO PARA A AFIXAçãO DE UM ELEMENTO FIXADOR A UM COMPONENTE Expostos são um método e um dispositivo para montar um elemento de afixação (12, 12<39>) em uma parte, por exemplo uma peça de metal em chapa (13, 13<39>). Dito elemento de afixação inclui um eixo de simetria (18), uma peça de cabeça (14) com uma superficie de contato (22) que entra em contato com a parte (13), uma seção de fixação cercando uma rosca (15, 15<39>), e pelo menos um recorte (24, 82) que acomoda o material da parte. O material da parte é apertado contra a superficie de contato e no recorte por meio de uma primeira ferramenta (26-6<sym>) que é provida com uma matriz fêmea que é adequada para concretizar o elemento de afixação. O método e dispositivo inventivo são caracterizados pelo fato de que uma força local (K) é aplicada à peça de cabeça (14) do elemento de afixação (12, 12<39>) ou à ferramenta (26-26<sym>) ao lado do eixo de simetria (18) e se move de uma maneira circular ao redor de dito eixo de simetria (seta 43) enquanto executando um movimento avançado relativo (seta 28) entre a ferramenta (26-26<sym>) e o elemento de afixação (12, 12<39>) entre o qual a parte (13, 13<39>) é posicionada, a fim de apertar o material da parte no recorte (24, 82).
