Abstract
DISPOSITIVO MóVEL TOTALMENTE AUTOMáTICO E PROCESSO CORRESPONDENTE PARA O ESTACIONAMENTO RáPIDO E ECONÈMICO DE VEìCULOS DE PASSAGEIROS COM A MENOR NECESSIDADE DE ESPAçO POSSìVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de estacionamento automático para veículos de passageiros, constituída por seis reivíndícações dependentes com diversos componentes e processo para isso. Estas abrangem uma construção modular desmontável constituída por uma ou mais rampas de estacionamento automáticas (figura 2). Os veículos são estacionados pelos motoristas sobre estas e são então posicionados automaticamente, centralizados mecanicamente, agarrados e medidos eletronicamente para então serem deslocados de modo computadorízado e serem guardados com economia de espaço. Além disso, esse dispositivo consiste em um sistema de impulsão (trator) (40, figura 4), o qual corre sobre um trilho (trilho de trator) (42), agarra os veículos pelas rodas por meio de forquilhas de rolos especiais (45) e os centraliza sobre esses rolos e os puxa para a plataforma elevatória (31), movendo esta verticalmente e a girando em torno do eixo vertical e empurrando o automóvel para cima da plataforma de estacionamento (8). Mediante solicitação, os veículos são puxados para cima da plataforma elevatória, são transportados de lá para a rampa de saída e são transferidos ao usuário, O dispositivo como um todo consiste em poucos componentes móveis, de tal modo que a construção e a operação sejam bastante simples e económicas. A disposição selecionada, aproveitando as formas básicas dos veículos de passageiros modernos, em combinação com esse processo e uma alocação de espaço perfeita computadorízada, possibilita reduzir maciçamente a necessidade de espaço, bem como os custos de construção e de operação em relação aos sistemas convencionais.FULLY AUTOMATIC MOBILE DEVICE AND CORRESPONDING PROCESS FOR FAST AND ECONOMIC PARKING OF PASSENGER VEHICLES WITH THE LOWEST NEED FOR SPACE. The present invention relates to an automatic parking system for passenger vehicles consisting of six dependent claims with various components and process for this. These include a detachable modular construction consisting of one or more automatic parking ramps (Figure 2). The vehicles are parked by the drivers on top of them and are then automatically positioned, mechanically centered, grabbed and electronically measured to then be computer-displaced and saved in space. In addition, this device consists of a push tractor (40), figure 4, which runs on a track (tractor track) (42), grasps the vehicles by the wheels by means of special roller forks (45). ) and centers them on these rollers and pulls them onto the lift platform (31), moving it vertically and rotating it about the vertical axis and pushing the car onto the parking platform (8). Upon request, vehicles are pulled up from the lift platform, transported from there to the exit ramp, and transferred to the user. The device as a whole consists of a few moving components, so that construction and operation are quite simple and economical. The selected layout, taking advantage of the basic shapes of modern passenger vehicles in combination with this process and a perfect computerized space allocation, makes it possible to massively reduce space requirements as well as construction and operating costs compared to conventional systems.
