Abstract

A carriage (4) for conveying vehicles in multistorey carparks comprises a front module (7) and rear module (7') which are separable, provided with independant motor systems and can operate on the front (52) and rear wheels (55), respectively, of a vehicle (50) so as to be able to lift it and transport it from a platform (1) of a translator elevator (100) to a floor (101) of stalls or of the entrance-exit room of a multistorey car park and vice versa.
