Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE CUBOS DE CALDO DE CARNE E DE TEMPEROS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de cubos de sopa de carne ou de tempero livres de ácidos graxos insaturados trans. A receita compreende próxima a ingredientes sem gordura, gordura sólida e óleos líquidos. No processo, a gordura sólida compreende a gordura em pó. O processo compreende primeiro a mistura de todos os ingredientes particulados com gordura em pó, seguido pela mistura do óleo líquido e a formação em um cubo ou tablete.
