Abstract

FORMAS POLIMóRFICAS E AMORFAS DO SAL DE FOSFATO DE 8-FLúOR-2-{4-¢(METILAMINO)METIL!FENIL}..1 ,3,4,5-TETRAIDRO-6H-AZEPINO¢5,4,3-CD!INDOL-6-ONA COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, FORMAS DE DOSAGENS E RESPECTIVO USO. A presente invenção refere-se a novas formas polimórficas e amorfas de um sal de 8-flúor-2-{4 ¢(metilamino)metil!fenil}-1 ,3,4,5-tetraidro-6H-azepino¢5,4,3-cd!indol-6-ona representado pela fórmula (1), e a processos para sua preparação. Tais formas polimórficas podem ser um componente de uma composição farmacêutica e podem ser usadas para tratar uma condição doentia de um mamífero mediada pela atividade de poli(ADP- ribose)polimerase incluindo a condição doentia tal como câncer.
