Abstract
MéTODO PARA PREPARAR INIBIDORES DE POLI(ADP-RIBOSE) POLIMERASES A invenção refere-se a uma rota nova e convergente para inibidores, com moléculas pequenas, de poli (ADP-ribose) polimerase, tal como B-flúor-2-{4- ¢(metil-amino)-metil!-tenil}-1,3,4.5-tetraidro-6H-azepino ¢5,4,3-cd!indol-6-ona, por intermédio de uma importante reação de acoplamento de Sonogashira e a formação de um indol, promovida por CuI.
