Abstract

CATALISADOR ZIEGLER-NATTA, PREPARAçãO E USO PARA POLIMERIZAçãO DE ALCENOS Método para a preparação de um componente sólido de catalisador Ziegler-Natta inclui colocar-se um suporte poroso em partículas em contato com uma solução de um composto precursor de organo magnésio solúvel em hidrocarboneto em um solvente hidrocarboneto; e fazer-se o composto precursor de organo magnésio solúvel em hidrocarboneto reagir com uma quantidade de álcool alifático ou aromático, encontrando-se tal quantidade dentro de limites aceitáveis de um equivalente molar de álcool alifático ou aromático calculado de acordo com a fórmula: (I); em que Que~ Alcanol~=equivalentes molares de alcanol alifático ou aromático em relação à proporção molar do precursor de organo magnésio,(mmoles de M-gR/g de suporte) = mmol de precursor de organo magnésio por grama de suporte sólido em partículas, % em peso de (H~ 2~O)/suporte = porcentagem em peso de água fisicamente adsorvida sobre o suporte sólido, e sendo o composto precursor de organo-magnésio convertido em um composto óxi-magnésio.
