Abstract

MéTODO PARA SELECIONAR UM CARDIOMIóCITO USANDO MITOCÈNDRIAS INTRACELULARES COMO UM INDICADOR. A presente invenção tem por objetivo desenvolver um método para selecionar um cardiomiócito a partir de uma população celular derivada de um coração sadio ou uma população celular diferenciada derivada de uma célula-tronco sem alteração genética. Para resolver o problema acima, os presentes inventores estabeleceram um método inovador para selecionar um cardiomiócito usando um reagente de marcação específico para mitocóndrias sem uma alteração genómica com base em vários tipos de propriedades do cardiomiócito. Especificamente, os presentes inventores proporcionam um método para selecionar um cardiomiócito a partir de uma mistura celular contendo cardiomiócitos sem alteração genética de um cardiomiócito, com base em um teor relativo de mitocóndrias celulares e/ou uma transmembrana potencial mitocondrial relativa da célula; um método para enriquecer um cardiomiócito a partir de uma mistura celular contendo cardiomiócitos sem alteração genética de um cardiomiócito; um método para produzir um cardiomiócito sem alteração genética de um cardiomiócito; e um método para avaliar a proporção de um cardiomiócito em uma mistura celular contendo cardiomiócitos.
