Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO DE ENSAIO DE FLUXO CONTROLADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para manipulação de amostras líquidas, compreendendo pelo menos um caminho de fluxo com pelo menos :uma zona para receber a amostra, e uma zona de transporte ou incubação, ditas zonas sendo conectadas ou compreendendo uma área que apresenta projeções substancialmente verticais em relação à sua superfície, o dito dispositivo sendo provido de um elemento em forma de fossa com capacidade de receber a dita amostra líquida, dito elemento em forma de fossa compreendendo uma área que apresenta projeções substancialmente verticais em relação a sua superfície, e dito elemento em forma de fossa sendo adaptado para responder a uma influência externa que regula a sua capacidade de receber a dita amostra líquida.
