Abstract

BOMBAS PARA DISPENSADORES DE FLUIDOS. A presente invenção refere-se a bombas e a conjuntos de válvulas para dispensadores de fluidos. As bombas da presente invenção compreendem uma câmara de dosagem, um atuador resiliente, válvulas para controlar o fluxo de fluido para dentro e para fora da câmara de dosagem, e as metades superior e inferior da bomba, cada qual formada a partir de moldes unitários, sendo que ao menos a metade superior da bomba compreende um material termoplástico semi-rígido. As bombas são facilmente produzidas mediante a modelagem por injeção de um pequeno número de peças. A combinação da bomba com um reservatário de fluido proporciona um dispensador de fluidos que pode compreender, ainda, um atomizador para a formação de uma aspersão conforme o fluido é ejetado de uma saída do dispensador. São apresentados pela invenção, também, os métodos para fabricação da bomba e dos conjuntos de válvulas.
