技术领域
本发明的技术领域:本发明的实施例涉及扳机喷雾器,特别是预压缩型的扳机喷雾器。
背景技术
现有技术:扳机喷雾器和它们的用途是众所周知的。在某些情况下,希望避免扳机喷雾器的排出,直至由扳机喷雾器对于待排出的流体施加某种压力或预压缩。已经开发了各种系统以实现这种预压缩特征。然而,希望开发新的预压缩构造,其可以更容易或更经济的生产和制造。
发明内容
根据本发明的某些实施例,预压缩扳机喷雾器可以由全塑料材料制成,并可被制作为用来以喷雾、喷流或泡沫分配模式进行大范围输出的分配。这种设计可以用来分配许多液体产品,如,来自空气清新剂、窗户清洁剂、家用化学品、草坪和园艺产品、汽车产品、或其它产品。
在本发明的一些实施例中,扳机喷雾器为这一类型:其结构设置为用于防止压力液体从扳机喷雾器的喷嘴中的出口孔口排出,直至在泵缸中达到液体的预定压力;并且,当泵缸中由扳机喷雾器泵送的液体的压力降至低于预定压力时,停止或切断呈喷雾、喷流或泡沫形式的液体的喷出。
在另一些实施例中,扳机喷雾器可以包括预压缩阀系统,其在扳机喷雾器的水平泵缸后面,位于竖直缸内。
在另一些实施例中,可以包括—种在塑料复位弹簧上的突起部,用于增加抵靠在弹簧臂上的载荷;并且可以合并—种锁定系统,其提供了在预压缩阀系统上的恒定预载荷。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的各种实施例,预压缩扳机喷雾器可以包括如图1至11中所示的任一构造。根据各种实施例的一种预压缩扳机喷雾器可以包括打开和关闭的相对阀系统,其中,预压缩阀1位于竖直缸2中、或流体流动路径内,在水平泵缸3或活塞腔后面。在预压缩阀1下面的是止回阀4。止回阀4可以是预压缩系统的一部分,如图2所示作为盘型阀14,或如图3所示作为截头锥形阀5,或如图4所示作为独立阀14或许多其它的构造,当泵缸3的内部产生真空,这些构造将会作为一个单向止回阀系统防止液体在压力下或在静止时返回到流体曾被吸出的容器内。
如图1所示,预压缩阀可具有平的、凹的或凸的形状。图1示出了扳机喷雾器中的阀1,然而,这个阀系统可以用在任何相对阀分配器中。图1中所示的预压缩阀系统需要预定的压力以允许使液体能够在阀1与阀座7之间通过。这种情况发生在当由活塞运动至已被一种弹簧偏置部件8推压回的泵缸前部,泵缸3内产生真空的时候。真空将液体从容器抽吸到汲取管9,并且通过止回阀4进入泵缸3。然后,一旦活塞移动到泵缸3的后部,曾吸入至泵缸体3内的液体被压缩,并迫使区域10内的液体压缩了预压缩阀1的顶部,允许液体行进通过预压缩阀1和部件11的阀座7进入流动通道12,然后作为喷雾、泡沫或加速流而排出所述喷嘴旋流孔。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示的单件预压缩阀系统可以包括由柔性塑料材料而模制成的启动阀部分1和止回阀部分4,其可以允许使得系统的阀部分在压力或真空下自由地移动。然而,对于该结构的无阀区域15,并不希望这样。无阀区域15的运动可能降低预压缩阀系统的整体有效性。本发明的实施例可以通过插入阀壳16的支柱13克服此问题,支柱13在预压缩阀系统内部由较硬性材料制成。将较硬性材料阀壳支柱13插入无阀区域15还可以消除用两种不同的材料来模制所述预压缩阀系统部件的要求,从而降低了制造成本。阀壳16的支柱13内的通道17还可以用作管道,以允许外部大气压力的普通空气进入预压缩阀1后面,允许预压缩阀1自由地移动,而无需考虑预压缩阀1的相对侧上的真空或压缩捕获的空气。
图5中所示的预压缩阀系统是阀座18可选的设计。在这一实施例中,作为下止回阀20的一部分或者可由独立部件制成的启动阀19并不运动。相反,阀座18抵靠一种偏压弹簧元件21向上运动。这一运动不会发生,直至在泵缸3中达到了液体的如前所述的预定压力。运动阀座18的实施例可能需要在运动阀座18与流动通道12的内径之间设置—种密封装置35。这种设计也可以反过来,其中,阀部分替换阀座18,且成为上偏置弹簧元件21的一部分,并向上运动;而阀座部分替换启动阀19,成为下止回阀20的一部分,并且不动。
图6示出了另一可包括降低成本的选项的实施例,其消除了图1的预压缩阀系统中所示的独立阀座部件11。在这一实施例中,阀座36可以是壳体25的一部分。图6中所示的预压缩阀系统与图1、2、3和4中所示的预压缩阀系统的作用相同。
图7中所示的形状配合锁定预压缩阀预加载设计在阀壳16的表面23与外壳25的表面24之间提供恒定负载,防止了装配在阀壳16和外壳25内的预压缩阀系统的运动。外壳25上的底切(undercut)29在预载荷干扰下卡入阀壳16上的槽30内。预压缩阀系统的运动可能导致填充的斯托克斯的质数、液体的体积输出量以及从分配系统中产生的喷雾/泡沫/喷流形式的不一致。
图7和图7A示出了用于闭合的形状配合锁定垫片保持系统。垫片26可以利用阀壳16的肋条21和底切28通过垫片26中的槽31而被保持固定就位。
图8示出了根据本发明各种实施例的塑料弹簧部件8上的偏置负载辅助突起部33,且其提供抵靠在外壳表面34上的压力,以帮助塑料弹簧部件8的弹簧臂22在活塞/致动器的返回真空行程上在泵送缸3内形成真空,这允许使得产品抽吸入泵缸3内。该过程可以反复重复,在塑料弹簧部件8的弹簧臂22上施加应力,可以破坏或失去在返回真空行程上完全回复该活塞的能力。包含根据本发明实施例的突起部33,增加了整体塑料弹簧部件8的强度,从而降低臂22上的应力。

Claims (7)
1.一种预压缩阀系统,包括单一的止回阀和预压缩阀,其中,该止回阀控制流体流入泵缸,且该预压缩阀位于竖直缸内,与泵缸连通。
2.用于扳机喷雾器的单一预压缩阀,包括:截头锥形止回阀;和与截头锥形止回阀连接的预压缩阀。
