Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA O CONTROLE DE QUALIDADE CONTìNUO DE UM ARAME DE LIGA COM MEMóRIA DE FORMA OU SIMILAR, E, ARAME DE LIGA COM MEMóRIA DE FORMA. Um método para o controle de qualidade contínuo de um arame de liga com memória de forma, ou similar, compreende: a) suprir o arame de liga através de uma pluralidade de áreas com temperatura controlada para reproduzir um perfil de temperatura incluindo as temperaturas de transição características do material do qual o arame é feito; b) medir o alongamento do arame em cada área a temperatura controlada; c) usar os dados de temperatura e alongamento para obter, por pontos, a curva de histerese do material no diagrama de temperatura-alongamento. Preferivelmente, o arame é suprido com uma conhecida velocidade e com uma tração constante, e a medição do alongamento é obtida por meio da medição da velocidade do arame. Um aparelho que realiza o método compreende unidades de suprimento (B, B, V, V), adequadas para ajustar a tração e fornecer velocidade ao arame (F) através de uma série de câmaras termostáticas (T) contendo polias loucas (M), sobre as quais o arame (F) é enrolado sem deslizamento, cuja velocidade de rotação pode ser medida, por exemplo, por meio de codificadores de alta definição.
