Abstract

"MANTA RESISTENTE à CHAMA DE ELEVADA RESILIêNCIA, ARTIGO, COLCHãO, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA MANTA RESISTENTE à CHAMA, ACOLCHOADO BLOQUEADOR DE fOGO E MéTODO PARA BLOQUEAR O FOGO EM UM ARTIGO" A presente invenção refere-se a uma manta resistente à chama de elevada resiliência, e a um artigo tal como um colchão que contém tal manta; a manta compreende uma camada base e uma camada resiliente, sendo que a camada base compreende 10 a 30 partes em peso de fibras resistentes ao calor, 35 a 55 partes em peso de uma fibra de celulose que retém pelo menos 10 por cento de seu peso de fibra quando aquecida no ar até 700°C em uma razão de 20 graus C por minuto, e 15 a 25 partes em peso de um material aglutinante; a camada resiliente compreende 0 a 50 partes em peso de fibras modacrílicas, 50 a 85 em peso partes em peso de fibras de poliéster, e 15 a 25 partes em peso de um material aglutinante. A camada base compreende 20 a 70 partes em peso e a camada resiliente compreende 80 a 30 partes em peso da manta, com base no peso total dessas duas camadas, e a manta tem uma espessura total de 1,25 centímetro (0,5 polegada) ou mais.
