Abstract

PNEU FEITO DE MATERIAL ELASTOMéRICO COM REBORDOS NA FORMA DE ARCO, trata-se de um pneu feito de material elastomérico com rebordos na forma de arco para ser montado em um aro, sendo que o pneu é produzido por meio de métodos de fundição ou moldagem por centrifugação, e inclui uma cavidade anular que é centralizada, situada na parte inferior da banda de rodagem do pneu e tem espessuras iguais às das paredes lateriais e uma área situada na parte inferior da banda de rodagem cuja inclinação se estende externamente na direção do rebordo, sendo que as extremidades superiores das paredes lateriais cruzam no ponto em que a espessura é maior, e as extremidades inferiores das paredes lateriais incluem talões, sendo que cada um deles é espaçado a uma distância selecionada das superfícies das extremidades da parede lateral que se inclinam para cima, desde as superfícies externas até as superfícies internas, sendo que, de preferência, o pneu inclui telas que se estendem através do pneu, cujas extremidades são envoltas ao redor dos talões e ds correias instalados ao redor da circunferência do pneu, acima das telas, e também inclui espaçadores porosos instalados entre as camadas de telas e correias para a passagem de um fluxo do material elastomérico através das mesmas durante a construção do pneu.
