Abstract

Пневматическая шина (1), содержащая по меньшей мере одну усиливающую структуру (15) каркасного типа, закрепленную с каждой стороны упомянутой пневматической шины в закраине, основание которой предназначено для монтажа на посадочном месте обода, при этом каждая из закраин продолжается, по существу, радиально снаружи боковыми поверхностями (2), причем боковые поверхности поднимаются радиально к верхней части протектора пневматической шины, при этом усиливающая структура каркасного типа расположена по окружности от закраины упомянутой боковой части до арматуры вершины, причем каждая из закраин дополнительно содержит, кроме того, зону (4) закрепления для удержания усиливающей структуры (15), отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый протектор содержит внутренний слой (8), по существу, из несжимаемого резинового материала и внешний слой (6) из сжимаемой губчатой резины, в которой коэффициент расширения губки составляет от 110 до 400% и предпочтительно от 120 до 350% и еще более предпочтительно от 135 до 300%, толщина слоя превышает 2,0 мм и предпочтительно 4 мм.
