Abstract
MANCAL DO PINO DO êMBOLO PARA êMBOLOS DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA. A presente invenção refere-se ao caso de um mancal do pino do êmbolo para êmbolos de um motor de combustão interna, no qual está apoiado um pino do êmbolo cilíndrico (8), deve ser indicada uma forma do furo do cubo aperfeiçoada em relação ao estado da técnica, a fim de obter uma significativa redução das tensões mecânicas no êmbolo e, com isto um prolongamento da vida útil do êmbolo. Além disso, através da execução da forma deve ser evitada uma formação de ruído do mancal do pino do êmbolo. De acordo com a invenção isto é alcançado pelo fato de que, no lado do êmbolo, a linha de revestimento (3) da superfície de revestimento com ovalação para cima que passa no zênite do cubo, passa de radialmente externa para radialmente interna inclinada sob um ângulo (<244>) com relação ao eixo do cubo (x), de tal modo que, a sua maior ovalação, definida através de seu diâmetro de ovalação, surge, respectivamente, nas extremidades internas dos furos do cubo (2) e não ultrapassa um valor predeterminado do diâmetro de ovalação.
