Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UM RECIPIENTE POSSUINDO UMA PAREDE ESPUMADA, E RECIPIENTE. Trata-se de um processo para fabricação de um recipiente, que compreende moldagem por injeção de uma pré-forma de polímero possuindo um gás não-reativo aprisionado dentro das paredes da mesma, arrefecimento da pré-forma para uma temperatura inferior à temperatura de amolecimento do polímero, reaquecimento da pré-forma para uma temperatura superior à temperatura de amolecimento do polímero, e moldagem por sopro da pré-forma, para preparação de um recipiente consistindo essencialmente era um polímero espumado micro-celular possuindo um gás não-reativo contido no interior das células da espuma micro-celular.
