Abstract
FERRAMENTA DE APERTO, EM PARTICULAR PINçA PARA SOLDAR, COM UM SISTEMA DE COMPENSAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta de aperto comportando um primeiro elemento (18) e um segundo elemento (20) capaz de um deslocamento relativo sob a ação de um dispositivo de acionamento, esse dispositivo compreendendo um parafuso (10) de um paço determinado próprio para ser acionado em rotação em torno de um eixo (XX), em um sentido ou em um sentido oposto, sob a ação de um motor (M); uma porca (12) que coopera com o parafuso (10) e própria para ser acionada em translação na direção do eixo (XX) do parafuso, essa porca sendo solidária em translação ao primeiro elemento (18); primeiros meios de orientação (34L) que definem uma orientação linear paralela ao eixo (XX) do parafuso para bloquear a rotação da porca (12) em uma primeira fase de deslocamento da porca; e segundos meios de orientação (34H) que definem uma orientação helicoidal que se estende segundo o eixo (XX) do parafuso (12) e que tem um passo invertido em relação ao passo do parafuso para permitir a rotação da porca (12) no mesmo sentido de rotação que o parafuso (10) em uma segunda fase de deslocamento da porca; assim como um sistema de compensação (46) interposto entre o primeiro elemento (18) e um suporte móvel (14) solidário à porca (12) para reinicializar a posição desse primeiro elemento (18) em relação ao segundo elemento (20), de modo que a primeira e a segunda fases de deslocamento geradas pelo primeiro e pelo segundo meios de orientação (34L, 34H) permanecem síncronos com as fases necessárias a uma otimização do deslocamento do primeiro elemento. Aplicação notadamente às pinças para soldar.
