Abstract

CATALISADOR DE LIMPEZA DE GáS DE EXAUSTãO COM UMA CONCENTRAçãO DE METAL PRECIOSO AXIALMENTE VARIáVEL E PROCESSOS PRA PREPARAR O CATALISADOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um catalisador de limpeza de gás de exaustão que compreende sobre um portador de favo, um revestimento catalítico. O referido portador de favo tem uma extremidade a montante e uma extremidade a jusante e diversos canais de fluxo que seguem da extremidade a montante para e extremidade a jusante. O revestimento catalítico compreende componentes de metal precioso cataliticamente ativos dos quais pelo menos um componente exibe um perfil de concentração ao longo do portador de favo, começando com uma baixa concentração na extremidade a montante que aumenta ao longo dos canais de fluxo até um valor e em seguida diminui novamente para a extremidade a jusante.
