Abstract
COMPOSIçãO PARTICULADA, USO DE UMA COMBINAçãO DE UM POLISSACARìDEO FIBROSO SOLúVEL EM áGUA, GêNERO ALIMENTìCIO OU BEBIDA, BALA DURA SEM AçUCAR, NãO CARIOGêNICA, ESFéRICA, E, MéTODO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO PARTICULADA Uma composição particulada na forma de um glóbulo vítreo esférico grande tendo um diâmetro da seção transversal superior a 5 mm é um objetivo desta invenção. O glóbulo compreende uma composição carreadora encapsulante essencialmente fabricada de materiais fibrosos, que são tanto sem açúcar quanto não cariogênicos e um encapsulante, tipicamente um material de flavorizante.
