Abstract
MéTODO DE E APARELHO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PRODUTOS DE DECOMPOSIçãO COM áGUA SUBCRìTICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de e a um aparelho para o tratamento de decomposição com água subcrítica contínuo para o material a ser processado contendo matéria sólida que são providos, e são capazes de controlar a reação de decomposição do material a ser processado e adequado para operações em grande escala. O método e o aparelho são também capazes de minimizar os custos do equipamento e seletivamente produzir substâncias úteis desejadas em altas taxas de rendimento. O material a ser processado é moído antecipadamente em partículas, que são misturadas com água para preparar a pasta fluida. A pasta fluida é enviada para um recurso de compressão (1) através de um cano e é comprimida. A seguir, a pasta fluida comprimida é enviada para um recurso de aquecimento (2) e aquecida, e é colocada em um estado subcrítico. A pasta fluida em um condição subcrítica é introduzida através de uma entrada (8) em uma parte de base de um reator (3). No reator (3) um leito fixo, um leito fluidificado e uma parte de dissolução com água subcrítica são formados nessa ordem a partir da base. Uma(s) das entradas (101 a 106) providas nas porções de topo e lateral do reator 3 é/são selecionada(s) de modo que a parte de dissolução com água subcrítica seja tirada através delas, por meio disso o tempo de permanência da água subcrítica é ajustado e assim o tempo de reação da decomposição com água subcrítica do material a ser processado é ajustado.
