Abstract

DEHIDROFENILAHISTINAS E SEUS ANáLOGOS, E SìNTESE DE DEHIDROFENILAHISTINAS E SEUS ANáLOGO São descritos os compostos representados pela seguinte estrutura (I), bem como são descritos métodos para fazer tais compostos, em que os ditos métodos compreendem reagir uma diacildiquetopiperazina com um primeiro aldeído para produzir um composto intermediário; com um segundo aldeído para produzir a classe de compostos com a estrutura genérica, onde o primeiro aldeído e o segundo aldeído são selecionados do grupo que consiste em um oxazolcarboxaldeído, imidazolcarboxaldeído, e derivados de e derivados de benazaldeído, formando assim o composto acima onde R~ 1~,<sym>, <sym>, R~ 1~, R~ 1~, R~ 1~, R~ 1~, e R~ 1~, X~ 1~, e X~ 1~ e X~ 1~, Y~ 1~, Z~ 1~, Z~ 1~, Z~ 1~, Z~ 1~ , e Z~1~ podem, ser cada um, definido separadamente de maneira com a descirção que o acompanha.
