Abstract

"equipamentos de fabricação de ferros compactados". a presente invenção refere-se a um equipamento de fabricação de ferros compactados e a um equipamento de fabricação de ferros fundidos que utiliza o mesmo. o aparelho de fabricação de ferros compactados de acordo com a presente invenção inclui uma tremonha de carga em que são carregados materiais reduzidos contendo ferros reduzidos finos; um par de cilindros cujos cilindros são separados entre si para formar um espaço entre os cilindros; um par de placas mordentes instalado nas laterais do par de cilindros. a tremonha de carga inclui tubos guia que se estendem para baixo. o par de cilindros compacta os materiais reduzidos que contêm ferros reduzidos finos descarregados da tremonha de carga e produz ferros compactados. o par de placas mordentes evita o vazamento dos materiais reduzidos que contêm ferros reduzidos finos carregados ao espaço e as placas mordentes são sobrepostas com os tubos guia na direção axial dos cilindros.
