Abstract

PRODUçãO DE BIODIESEL A PARTIR DA MATéRIA-PRIMA DE SABãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de ésteres de ácido graxa diretamente de qualquer matéria-prima de sabão gerada no processo de refino de álcali que contém 10 a 60% de água, 0,1 a 2,0% de esteróis, 35 a 85% de derivados graxos incluindo glicerídeos parciais, por: neutralizar e separar os sabões com ácidos fortes até atingir pH 2-8; seguido por esterificação enzimática usando Lipase com concentração variando de l00ppm a 10% em peso, usando alcanol de C1 a C6 em uma razão em peso de 5 a 100% em relação aos componentes graxas trabalhando a temperatura de 15 a 70<198C> através de processos intermitentes ou contínuos; a mistura é agitada mecanicamente ou justa pela circulação durante três à cinco dias a temperatura de 15 a 70<198>C. O valor de ácido é medido na camada orgânica ao longo dos dias. A reação é interrompida quando o valor do ácido não decresce após 24 horas; para separar a fase de éster, a mistura seria decantada, bombeada a uma centrifuga ou sólidos são filtrados para facilitar a separação; o valor do ácido residual proveniente da esterificação enzimática incompleta é neutralizado usando solução alcalina selecionada do grupo consistindo em sódio, potássio, cálcio, alumínio, lítio ou hidróxido de amónio e seus derivados tais como aminas orgânicas; os ésteres brutos são destilados usando técnica intermitente ou destiladores instantâneos contínuos. A quantidade residual de umidade ou metanol é separada usando um desgaseificador justo antes do destilador de destilação principal. 80 a 90% de ésteres de cor clara são produzidos contínuamente. A invenção também refere-se ao uso de ésteres de ácido graxo produzidos de acordo com a invenção como biodiesel.
