Abstract
"MOLDE PCM E BATERIA POSSUINDO O MESMO". A presente invenção provê um molde a injeção de inserção de módulo do circuito de proteção (PCM), e uma bateria tendo o mesmo. O molde a injeção de inserção do PCM é feito inserindo um PCM, incluindo uma placa tendo um circuito de proteção formado sobre ela e terminais de conexão e opcionalmente condutores, com a placa do circuito de proteção, terminais de conexão e condutores sendo eletricamente conectados, em um espaço interno de um molde, e injetando uma resina derretida no espaço interno do molde, tal que os condutores ficam parcialmente expostos para o exterior onde o PCM inclui os condutores, ou tal que os terminais de conexão ficam parcialmente expostos para o exterior onde o PCM não inclui os condutores. Desde que o PCM é preparado pela moldagem a injeção de inserção sob a condição que o circuito de proteção e a célula de bateria não estão conectados, isto é, essa energia não é aplicada em uma bateria, o PCM pode ser moldado usando resinas gerais, é eletricamente estável, não exige uma etapa de revestimento para prevenir o curto-circuito e é raras vezes danificado eletricamente.
