Abstract

"PISTãO FOSFATIZADO E SEM BUCHA E CONJUNTO DE BIELA TENDO UMA GALERIA INTERNA E UM PINO DE PISTãO PERFILADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de biela e pino de pistão para um motor de combustão interna para melhoria do desgaste do ponto de pivó de pistão/biela e reduzir a deformação no orifício de pino. Para esta finalidade, o conjunto inclui um pistão que tem um orifício de pino, uma biela que tem um orifício adaptado para ser alinhado com o orifício de pino de pistão e um pino de pistão interconectando o pistão e a biela através do encaixe de seus respectivos orifícios. A biela inclui uma galeria interna entre o orifício e uma extremidade terminal. O pino de pistão tem uma circunferência externa perfilada que é de seção transversal substancialmente circular com um diâmetro maior nas extremidades distais do que na porção central. O pino ou uma extremidade da biela inclui um revestimento fosfatizado que tem uma espessura entre dois e oito mícrons, para facilitar um movimento entre o orifício de biela e o pino de pistão perfilado.
