Abstract

"PREPARAçãO LìQUIDA CONTENDO TOBRAMICINA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma solução aquosa estéril para inalação contendo o agente ativo tobramicina. A preparação tem um alto teor de agente ativo (cerca de 80 a 120 mg/ml de tobramicina e contém um adjuvante acídico, mas contém somente uma baixa concentração de cloreto de sódio (no máximo cerca de 2 mg/ml). Pode ser injetada ou administrada como um aerossol, por exemplo, com nebulizador convencional. é particularmente adequada para aplicação em combinação com um nebulizador de membrana vibratória moderno e permite a administração de uma dose única terapêutica em notavelmente menos de 10 minutos.
