Abstract

"êMBOLO PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um êmbolo (1) para um motor de combustão com um canal de refrigeração (6) anelar, disposto na região de borda da cabeça de êmbolo (4) e fechado pelo lado da haste por uma cobertura (17, 17<39>) formada por duas meias-conchas (17, 17<39>) semicirculares, as quais, sobre o lado interno voltado para o êmbolo, apresentam respectivamente uma ranhura circular (18), através da qual as meias-conchas (17, 17<39>) podem ser empurradas para cima do ressalto (16). Além disso, as meias-conchas (17, 17<39>), na região de suas superfícies de impacto (26, 26<39>, 28, 28<39>), apresentam conexões de retenção (25, 25<39>), por meio das quais as meias-conchas (17, 17<39>) podem ser ligadas facilmente uma com a outra.
