Abstract
pistão para motor de combustão e processo para sua produção. a presente invenção abrange um processo para produzir um pistão 10 para um motor de combustão com um corpo básico de pistão 11 e um anel de pistão 12, sendo que o corpo do pistão 11 apresenta, ao menos, uma haste de pist]ao 15, sendo que o anel do pistão 12 apresenta ao menos um fundo de pistão 19, um ressalto de pistão 21 circundante e uma seção anelar 22 circundante, provida de ranhuras anelares, e sendo que o corpo básico do pistão 11 e o anel de pistão 12 formam um canal de refrigeração 23 circundante fechado, caracterizado pelos seguintes passos do processo. (a) provimento de uma peça bruta 11',111',211' de um corpo básico de pistão 11 com uma face de junção externa 29, 129,229 e uma face de junção interna 31,131,231, bem como um componente de canal de refrigeração inferior 23a circundante entre as duas faces de junção 29,31,129,131,229,231, (b) provimento de uma peça bruta 12',112',212' de um anel de pistão 12 com uma face de junção externa 32,132,232 e uma face de junção interna 33,133,2323, bem como um componente de canal de refrigeração 23b superior circundante entre duas faces de junção 32,33,132,1133,232,233, (c) conformação de alargamento circundante 34,a,34b,134b, 234a,234b) em ao menos uma face de junção 29,129,229,31,131,231,32,132,232,33,133,233, sendo que o alargamento 34a,34b,134b,2234a,234b se estende até o componente do canal de refrigeração 23a,23b alocado,(d) união da peça bruta 11,111',211' do corpo básico do pistão 11 com a peça bruta 12',1'12',212' do anel de pistão 12 através de suas faces de junção 29,129,229,31,131,231,32,132,232,33,133,233 por meio de solda por fricção para compor uma peça bruta de pistão 10',110',(e) usinagem e/ou acabamento da peça bruta de pistão 10', 110' para um pistão 10. a presente invenção se refere, também, a um pistão desta espécie.
