Abstract
pistão para motor de combustão e processo para a sua produção. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de um pistão 10,110,210 para um motor de combustão de um primeiro componente de pistão 11,111,211 e de um segundo componente de pistão 12,112,212, caracterizado pelos seguintes passos de processo: (a) provimento de uma peça bruta 211 do primeiro componente do pistão 11, 111, 211 de aço beneficiado ou aço temperado por precipitação, com ao menos uma face de junção 29,31, (b) provimento de uma peça bruta 2121 do segundo componente do pistão 12,112,212 de aço beneficiado ou de aço temperado por precipítação, com ao menos uma face de junção 32,33 (c) benefiamento das peças brutas 211',212' (d) união da peça bruta 211' do primeiro componente de pistão 11,111,211 com peça bruta 212' do segundo componente de pistão 12,112,212 através de suas faces de junção 29,31,32,33 por meio de solda por fricção para uma peça bruta de pistão 210' mediante formação de ao menos uma costura de solda por fricção 225,26,125,226 (d) beneficiamento ou têmpera por precipitação da peça bruta de pistão 210, mediante provimento da(s) zona(s) de influenciação térmica 30,30 (f) usinagem sequencial e/ou acabamento da peça bruta de pistão 210' para a forma de um pistão 10,110,210. a presente invenção também se refere a um pistão desta espécie 10,110,210.
