Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método de produção, incluindo um primeiro processo de pré-conformação para obter uma primeira pré-forma de um tarugo, um segundo processo de pré-conformação para obter uma segunda pré-forma a partir da primeira pré-forma, um processo de pré-conformação final para obter uma pré-forma final a partir da segunda pré-forma, e um processo de forjamento de acabamento para formar a pré-forma final em uma dimensão de acabamento do virabrequim por forjamento em matriz. no primeiro processo de pré-conformação, as regiões que serão um pino e um moente são prensadas respectivamente a partir de uma direção perpendicular a uma direção axial do tarugo, reduzindo assim áreas de corte transversal de cada região e formando uma pluralidade de partes planas. no segundo processo de pré-conformação, a primeira pré-forma é pressionada na direção de prensagem, que é uma direção de largura das partes planas. no processo de pré-conformação final, a segunda pré-forma é prensada a partir de uma direção perpendicular a uma direção axial da segunda pré-forma e, adicionalmente, uma região que será um contrapeso e uma região que será um braço de manivela incluindo integralmente um contrapeso são prensadas na direção axial da segunda pré-forma.
