Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: "aparelho para formar um molde para forja de acabamento para um virabrequim forjado". em um aparelho de formação, matrizes articuladas estacionarias (10u, 10b) e matrizes articuladas móveis (11u, 11b) mantêm e retêm, cada uma, partes articuladas (j') de um molde de pré-forma (4) entre as mesmas, e as matrizes de moente (12) contatam as partes de moente (p') da mesma, e nesse estado, as matrizes articuladas moveis (11u, 11b) são movidas axialmente na direção das matrizes articuladas estacionárias (10u, 10b) e matrizes de moente (12) são movidas na mesma direção axial e em uma direção excêntrica. com isso, as partes de braço de manivela (a') são axialmente comprimidas para reduzir sua espessura para a dos braços de manivela de um virabrequim forjado, e as partes de moente (p') são pressionadas na direção excêntrica para aumentar a quantidade de excentricidade para a dos moentes do virabrequim forjado. consequentemente, é possível se formar um molde para a forja de acabamento possuindo um formato geralmente de acordo com o formato do virabrequim forjado.
