Abstract

Se proporciona un método de producción, que incluye un primer proceso de preformado para obtener una primer preforma de un lingote, un segundo proceso de preformado para obtener una segunda preforma de la primer preforma, un proceso de preformado final para obtener una preforma final de la segunda preforma, y un proceso de forja de acabado para formar la preforma final en una dimensión de acabado del cigüeñal mediante forja con estampa. En el primer proceso de preformado, las regiones que van a ser un muñón de biela y un muñón se prensan respectivamente desde una dirección perpendicular a una dirección axial del lingote, reduciendo así las áreas en sección transversal de cada región y formando una pluralidad de partes planas. En el segundo proceso de preformado, la primer preforma se prensa en la dirección de prensado, que es una dirección de ancho de las partes planas. En el proceso de preformado final, la segunda preforma se prensa desde una dirección perpendicular a una dirección axial de la segunda preforma, y adicionalmente una región que va a ser un contrapeso y una región que va a ser un brazo de cigüeñal que incluyen integralmente un contrapeso se prensan en la dirección axial de la segunda preforma.
