Description
Claims (13)
- 第1のピストン部材(11,111,211)と第2のピストン部材(12,112,212)とから成る、内燃機関用のピストン(10,110,210)を製造する方法であって、下記の方法ステップ、すなわち
(a)調質可能な鋼又は析出硬化する鋼から成っていて少なくとも1つの接合面(29,31)を備える、前記第1のピストン部材(11,111,211)のブランク(211′)を準備し、
(b)調質可能な鋼又は析出硬化する鋼から成っていて少なくとも1つの接合面(32,33)を備える、前記第2のピストン部材(12,112,212)のブランク(212′)を準備し、
(c)前記ブランク(211′,212′)を調質又は析出硬化し、
(d)前記第1のピストン部材(11,111,211)のブランク(211′)と前記第2のピストン部材(12,112,212)のブランク(212′)とを、前記接合面(29,31,32,33)を介して摩擦溶接によって結合して1つのピストンブランク(210′)を形成し、この際に少なくとも1つの摩擦溶接シーム(25,26,125,226)と該少なくとも1つの摩擦溶接シーム(25,26,125,226)の領域における熱影響ゾーン(30,30′)とを形成し、
(e)前記熱影響ゾーン(30,30′)を維持しながら、前記ピストンブランク(210′)に焼き戻し又は応力除去焼き鈍しを、施し、
(f)前記ピストンブランク(210′)を、1つのピストン(10,110,210)に後加工及び/又は仕上げ加工する、
という方法ステップを特徴とする、内燃機関用のピストンを製造する方法。 - 前記ブランク(211′,212′)を、ステップ(c)とステップ(d)との間において予備加工する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの摩擦溶接シーム(26,125)を、該摩擦溶接シーム(26,125)が半径方向においてピストン中心軸線(A)に対して鋭角(α)又は鈍角(β)を成して延びるように、形成する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのブランク(211′,212′)に少なくとも1つのリング溝(34,36,37)を設け、前記ブランク(211′,212′)の少なくとも1対の対応する接合面(29,32)を、ステップ(d)の後で1つのリング溝(34)の下側の溝面(34′)と外側の摩擦溶接シーム(25,125)の中心との間の間隔が、該摩擦溶接シームの熱影響ゾーン(30)の軸方向高さよりも小さくなるように、位置決めする、請求項1記載の方法。
- ステップ(f)において、前記ピストンブランク(210′)に少なくとも1つのリング溝(34,36,37)を設け、この際に1つのリング溝(34)の下側の溝面(34′)と外側の摩擦溶接シーム(25,125)の中心との間の間隔が、該摩擦溶接シームの熱影響ゾーン(30)の軸方向高さよりも小さくなるようにする、請求項1記載の方法。
- ステップ(a)において、ピストンベース体(11,111,211)のブランク(211′)に、外側の接合面(29)及び内側の接合面(31)と、両接合面(29,31)の間を延びる環状の下側の冷却通路部分(23a)とを、準備し、ステップ(b)において、ピストンリングエレメント(12,112,212)のブランク(212′)に、外側の接合面(32)及び内側の接合面(33)と、両接合面(32,33)の間において環状に延びる上側の冷却通路部分(23b)とを、準備する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 燃焼室凹部(24)を有する、ピストンリングエレメント(12,112,212)のブランク(212′)を使用する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 燃焼室凹部(24)の少なくとも1つの壁領域(28′)を有する、ピストンリングエレメント(12,112,212)のブランク(212′)を使用し、燃焼室凹部(24)の少なくとも1つの底領域(27)を有する、ピストンベース体(11,111,211)のブランク(211′)を使用する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 第1のピストン部材(11,111,211)と第2のピストン部材(12,112,212)とから成る、内燃機関用のピストン(10,110,210)であって、該ピストン(10,110,210)は、ピストン頂部(19)と環状のトップランド(21)と、リング溝(34,36,37)を備える環状のリング部分(22)とピストンスカート(15)とを有する、ピストンにおいて、
前記第1のピストン部材(11,111,211)及び前記第2のピストン部材(12,112,212)は、調質可能な鋼又は析出硬化する鋼から成っていて、摩擦溶接によって互いに結合されており、少なくとも1つの摩擦溶接シーム(25,26,125,226)は、熱影響ゾーン(30,30′)によって取り囲まれており、
前記少なくとも1つの摩擦溶接シーム(25,125)は、1つのリング溝(34)の下側の溝面(34′)と摩擦溶接シーム(25,125)の中心との間の間隔が、該摩擦溶接シーム(25,125)の熱影響ゾーン(30)の軸方向高さよりも小さくなるように、位置決めされていることを特徴とする、内燃機関用のピストン。 - 前記少なくとも1つの摩擦溶接シーム(26,125)は、該摩擦溶接シーム(26,125)が半径方向においてピストン中心軸線(A)に対して垂直に又は鋭角(α)又は鈍角(β)を成して延びている、請求項9記載のピストン。
- 前記第1のピストン部材は、少なくとも1つのピストンスカート(15)を有するピストンベース体(11,111,211)であり、前記第2のピストン部材は、少なくとも1つのピストン頂部(19)と環状のトップランド(21)と、リング溝(34,36,37)を備える環状のリング部分(22)とを有するピストンリングエレメント(12,112,212)であり、前記ピストンベース体(11)と前記ピストンリングエレメント(12)とは、環状の冷却通路(23)を形成している、請求項9記載のピストン。
- 前記ピストンリングエレメント(12)は燃焼室凹部(24)を有する、請求項11記載のピストン。
- 前記ピストンリングエレメント(12,112,212)は、燃焼室凹部(24)の少なくとも1つの壁領域(28′)を有し、前記ピストンベース体(11,111,211)は、燃焼室凹部(24)の少なくとも1つの底領域(27)を有する、請求項11記載のピストン。
