Abstract
"RESINA EPóXI MELHORADA COM FORMULAçãO DE FóSFORO; PREPARADO; LAMINADO; PLACA DE CIRCUITO IMPRESSO E MéTODO DE FORMAçãO DO LAMINADO TENDO AUMENTADA ESTABILIDADE TéRMICA". Boemita (monohidrato de alumina) quando usado com uma típica resina epóxi melhorada com fósforo torna-se possível para melhorar a estabilidade térmica e aumentar o tempo de ignição de laminados formados de preparados feitos usando essa resina fortificada. Tais laminados tem excepcionalmente alta estabilidade térmica e mostraram grande tempo a ignição como comparados a resinas correspondentes no qual o trihidrato de alumina foi usado..
