Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO PARA EXTRUSãO DE POLIETILENO, PROCESSO PARA EXTRUDAR UM MATERIAL POLIMéRICO SOBRE UM SUBSTRATO, CAMADA DE PELìCULA POLIMéRICA E COMPOSIçãO DE MATéRIA". é divulgada uma composição que é particularmente adequada para uso em revestimentos por extrusão. A composição compreende um material polimérico tendo uma reologia tal que a inclinação (ou S) determinado por regressão linear de quadrados mínimos, uma plotagem de log natural do módulo de perda (ou G<39><39>) versus log natural de módulo de armazenamento (ou G<39>) seja maior que ¢0,635*(índice de fusão)+13,2!/¢(índice de fusão)+16,6!, e sendo que o material polimérico tem uma fração de CDF RI menor que 0,23 de um cromatograma de GPC que tenha um peso molecular acima de 85.000 g/mol, e uma fração de CDF LS de mais que 0,07 a um peso molecular por GPC convencional de 1.750.000 g/mol ou maior. As composições exibem contração reduzida quando usadas em revestimentos por extrusão e a contração é independente da resistência de fundido, facilitando assim processos de extrusão melhorados.
