Abstract
"FAMìLIA DE PROMOTORES DE RUBISCO, CASSETE DE EXPRESSãO, PLANTA TRANSFORMADA, SEMENTE DA PLANTA TRANSFORMADA, MéTODO DE PRODUZIR UM PROMOTOR DE RUBISCO DA FAMìLIA DE PROMOTORES DE RUBISCO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma família de promotores de rubisco novos com atividade espaço-temporal (SEQ ID NOs: 1, 2 ou 3) obteníveis de mudas de Brassica cultivadas na luz e capazes de dirigir a expressão em cotilédones, e à expressão transgênica em órgãos de plantas específicos ou em estágios específicos do desenvolvimento da planta. Os promotores são úteis para projetar cassetes ou construções de DNA, compreendendo pelo menos uma de referidas seqüências promotoras fundidas funcionalmente com uma de referidas seqüências promotoras fundidas funcionalmente com genes que codificam os produtos gênicos desejados. Sementes de plantas homólogas e heterólogas transformadas e de gerações subseqüentes das plantas transformadas são coletadas e usadas para produção eficiente de produtos gênicos, particularmente em condições contidas.
